Return and Refund

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied please let us know. we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) within fourteen (14) days.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable。
All expenses related to returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in the original condition.
We will cover the return shipping expenses solely in instances where the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item, etc.).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
